力的測(cè)試系統(tǒng)原理與方法
電磁沖壓機(jī)的瞬態(tài)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)主要由三部分組成,即壓力傳感器、放大單元和記錄檢測(cè)單元,其測(cè)試系統(tǒng)原理如圖5所示。

測(cè)試前,先對(duì)壓力傳感器進(jìn)行靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)標(biāo)定,以10kN電磁沖壓機(jī)為例,傳感器的靜、動(dòng)態(tài)標(biāo)定系數(shù)KF分別為0.07258V/kN和0.07351V/kN,相對(duì)誤差為1.3%,因此,可以認(rèn)為,壓力傳感器具有相同的靜動(dòng)態(tài)輸出特性。測(cè)試時(shí),將傳感器固定在直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)沖壓機(jī)的底座上,進(jìn)行沖壓,當(dāng)傳感器受到壓力機(jī)的瞬態(tài)作用后,立即產(chǎn)生一微弱的脈沖信號(hào),該信號(hào)經(jīng)過放大、轉(zhuǎn)換、檢測(cè)處理后,變成所需的瞬態(tài)力波形,該波形通過顯示器能直接顯示出該瞬態(tài)力的大小。
作為輔助數(shù)據(jù),在沖壓機(jī)桿頂端安裝了一只加速度傳感器,利用瞬態(tài)力信號(hào)與加速度信號(hào)的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,便可以很方便地將噪聲信號(hào)與瞬態(tài)力信號(hào)區(qū)分開來。圖6是10KN直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)沖壓機(jī)沖力的測(cè)試曲線。

(二)測(cè)試結(jié)果
力的測(cè)試如上所述,結(jié)果見表1。溫度的測(cè)試,我們用熱電偶分別將其放在線圈、鐵心、機(jī)身、軸等處的7個(gè)點(diǎn)上,然后用溫度測(cè)試儀進(jìn)行檢測(cè)(見圖5)。我們共測(cè)取了7個(gè)點(diǎn)的溫度,當(dāng)時(shí)室溫為30℃,表中所記電機(jī)線圈、次級(jí)溫度為1h后的穩(wěn)定溫度。電能的測(cè)量是采用電表進(jìn)行的。表1為10kN電磁壓力機(jī)與機(jī)械式壓力機(jī)的一些測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比。
另外,從目前小批量生產(chǎn)來看,電磁沖壓機(jī)的制造成本也比機(jī)械沖壓機(jī)低。
