挑戰(zhàn)

P1000的研發(fā)團隊有一個明確的目標：顯著提升大型病理學實驗室的工作效率。他們發(fā)現(xiàn)，要實現(xiàn)這一目標，掃描系統(tǒng)必須具有高通量，而且高度自動化。
在掃描過程中，放有樣品的載物臺沿X軸和Y軸水平移動，同時鏡筒垂直移動以調(diào)節(jié)焦距。放大倍數(shù)越大，要求的精度就越高，這樣才能確保精確地拼接多張顯微照片，從而生成一幅超高分辨率圖像。
