IC693CHS397H IC693CHS397H IC693CHS397HGE新華推出了新的DCS系統(tǒng):NG DCS NG DCS is a new generation of Distributed Control System by GE Energy, which based on OC 4000 and Mark Vie systems and combines with years of XinHua DCS engineering experience. GE Energy has more than 100 years of experience in the area of electricity. Since 1884 GE Energy provided the first turbine generator, GE Energy constantly develops new technology, the product line covers steam turbine, gas turbine, generator, wind generator, water turbine and so on. At the same time, GE Energy provides auxiliary control systems for all main equipments, such as the Mark series controller, Woodward controller, the Bently conditioning monitor equipment, EX2100 excitation controller etc. NG DCS system is an integrated control platb with high-perbance and highly reliability. It highlights the following technical features in the system design: 1. The Brand new controller and I/O module design Adopting high perbance 667 MHz controller - UCSA, the controller's software platb adopts the QNX real-time operating system and achieves high-speed logic operation and the millisecond clock timing function. 2. High-efficient network communication and time correction function NG DCS control network and I/O network are 100 M high-speed Ethernet. Controller and the I/O modules communicate via Ethernet directly to reduce the number of intermediaries and the time delay. At the same time I/O network is based on the IEC1588 protocol, achieves 1ms accuracy of time synchronization between all I/O modules. 3. Compact system layout The new I/O module and terminal board combines to a whole set of component, the filed signal cables connect directly to the terminals of I/0 components. The reduction of the cabinets’ number lowers the requirements of central control room, thus reducing the total cost of customer installation. 4. The reliability of system design In order to improve the reliability of the system, the bs of reliability
design and relevant experimental verification are widely used in the system development and the manufacturing process. Each module before the stereotypes has to undergo a rigorous test of the HALT (highly accelerated life test) to ensure the module design reliability. System design complies with CE, CSA certification and other related requirements. At present, the certification process is gradually proceeding. 5. Process control level Process control level is the redundant controller based on the QNX platb, which Effectively integrates main existing products of GE Energy in a public platb and offers solutions for the integration of plant. ? Process b/output (I/O) level I/O level by using distributed modules and via high-speed Ethernet is connected to process control directly. Distributed architecture enables users according to the physical b of the b distribution to place the I/O modules flexibly in the factory, thus shortening the length of the scene signal cable, reducing installation costs, and effectively reducing the electromagnetic interference capable of existing in long-distance signal. All I/O modules adopt no-jumper design concept, module configuration are operated by software, which improves the reliability and user-friendly to users. NG DCS and Mark VIe system use the same controller. Both systems I/O modules in the I/O network level is fully compatible mutually, capable of swap. (Physical size and appearance are different) The triple redundancy control to the high security requirements of the occasion, users can choose Mark VIe triple redundant modules to control the critical targets. The original system installed with Mark Vie, NGDCS is capable of connecting with easily. I/O level provides field bus access capability. NG DCS I/O level will support ProfiBus, HART, Modbus, FF bus and DeviceNet etc. The Modbus communication interface has been completed in HMI. HART signal can be accessed using Mark Vie HART module.
NG DCS software inherited OC4000 system software’s features of intuitive and easy-to-use, through a unified system software to achieve the integrity of the system configuration and logic configuration. Users will only need to use a software system to complete the tasks of network configuration, user management, controller configuration, I/O module beters and controller programming, and many other functions. Real-time database is capable of long name and debion of the control points. Controller perseverates all the data recorded in controller; users can directly read from the controller and modify the process data and inbation. NG DCS software widely adopts the design of the ActiveX control technology.
