、變頻改造方案:
1、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10節(jié)能原理及效果
我們知道,用調(diào)整電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的方法同樣可以調(diào)整供氣量。由于空壓機(jī)基本上屬于恒轉(zhuǎn)矩負(fù)載,用變頻調(diào)速的方法調(diào)整供氣量能使電機(jī)的輸出功率基本與轉(zhuǎn)速(供氣量)成正比關(guān)系,達(dá)到很好的節(jié)電效果。我們采用具有矢量控制功能的AMB變頻器,可使電機(jī)在低速時也能提供滿足負(fù)載需要的轉(zhuǎn)矩。同時,AMB變頻器的自動節(jié)能模式,可使電機(jī)在滿足負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩要求下以最小電流運行,達(dá)到更好的節(jié)電效果。采用恒壓供氣變頻控制系統(tǒng)所帶來的效果如下:
1.1、出氣口釋放閥全部關(guān)閉,取消用出氣口釋放閥調(diào)節(jié)供氣量方式,以避免由此導(dǎo)致的電能浪費。代之以變頻器調(diào)整電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速來調(diào)整氣體流量,使電機(jī)輸出的功率與流量需求基本上成正比關(guān)系,始終使電機(jī)高效率工作,以達(dá)到明顯的節(jié)電效果。例如當(dāng)用氣量是額定供氣量的50%時,節(jié)電率可達(dá)40%以上;
1.2、利用變頻器的節(jié)能模式,可使電機(jī)在輕載時以最高效率運行,減少不必要的電能損耗;
1.3、根據(jù)嚴(yán)格的EMS標(biāo)準(zhǔn),高效的PWM變頻器使用高速低耗的IGBT,降低諧波失真和電機(jī)的電能損失。
1.4、可使電機(jī)起動、加載時的電流平緩上升,沒有任何沖擊;可使電機(jī)實現(xiàn)軟停,避免反生電流造成的危害,有利于延長設(shè)備的使用壽命;避免因電流峰值帶來的電力公司的罰款;
1.5、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10采用變頻控制系統(tǒng)后,可以實時監(jiān)測供氣管路中氣體的壓力,使供氣管路中的氣體的壓力保持恒定,提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;
1.6、由于電機(jī)在高效率狀態(tài)下運行,功率因數(shù)較高,降低了無功損耗,節(jié)約了大量電能。
1.7、保存原釋放閥系統(tǒng),在必要時可參加調(diào)節(jié),增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的可靠性。
總之,采用恒壓供氣智能控制系統(tǒng)后,不但可節(jié)約30~40%的電力費用,延長壓縮機(jī)的使用壽命,并可實現(xiàn)"恒壓供氣"的目的,提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
2、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10變頻改造方案設(shè)計原則
根據(jù)原工況存在的問題并結(jié)合生產(chǎn)工藝要求,空壓機(jī)變頻改造后系統(tǒng)應(yīng)滿足以下要求:
2.1、電機(jī)變頻運行狀態(tài)保持儲氣罐出口壓力穩(wěn)定,壓力波動范圍不能超過±0.02Mpa。
2.2、系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有變頻和工頻兩套控制回路。
2.3、系統(tǒng)具有開環(huán)和閉環(huán)兩套控制回路。
2.4、一臺變頻器能控制兩臺空壓機(jī)組,可用轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)切換。
2.5、根據(jù)空壓機(jī)的工況要求,系統(tǒng)應(yīng)保障電動機(jī)具有恒轉(zhuǎn)矩運行特性一。
2.6、為了防止非正弦波干擾空壓機(jī)控制器,變頻器輸入端應(yīng)有抑制電磁干擾的有效措施。
2.7、在用電氣量小的情況下,變頻器處在低頻運行時,應(yīng)保障電機(jī)繞組溫度和電機(jī)的噪音不超過允許的范圍。
2.8、考慮到系統(tǒng)以后擴(kuò)展問題,變頻器應(yīng)滿足將來工況擴(kuò)展的要求。
3、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10變頻器的選型
根據(jù)上述原則,經(jīng)過多方調(diào)研、比較,最后我們選擇安邦信公司生產(chǎn)的G9系列通用型變頻器,使該系統(tǒng)能夠滿足上述工況要求。
3.1、G9變頻器的頻率精度:數(shù)字設(shè)定為±0.01%;模擬設(shè)定為±0.2%。可使壓力波動范圍滿足設(shè)計要求。
3.2、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了變頻和工頻兩套主回路。
3.3、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了閉環(huán)與開環(huán)兩套控制回路。
3.4、使用轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)可使變頻器任意控制兩臺空壓機(jī)組中的一臺。
3.5、G9型變頻器適用恒轉(zhuǎn)矩特性負(fù)載,該變頻器還具有轉(zhuǎn)矩補(bǔ)償和提升的功能。
3.6、在該變頻器上端加裝輸入電抗器,有效的抑制了變頻器對電網(wǎng)的干擾。
3.7、在該變頻器下端加裝輸出電抗器,保障了低頻運行時電機(jī)溫度噪音不超過允許范圍。
4、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10改造方案原理
由變頻器,壓力變送器、電機(jī)、螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子組成壓力閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)自動調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,使儲氣罐內(nèi)空氣壓力穩(wěn)定在設(shè)定范圍內(nèi),進(jìn)行恒壓控制。
反饋壓力與設(shè)定壓力進(jìn)行比較運算,實時控制變頻器的輸出步,從而調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,使儲氣罐內(nèi)空氣壓力穩(wěn)定在設(shè)定壓力上。
KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10在電動機(jī)的應(yīng)用
1、在提升機(jī)主電動機(jī)冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)用
兗州礦業(yè)(集團(tuán))公司鮑店煤礦通過把變頻器外部頻率給定端子與電控系統(tǒng)可編程自動化控制器的模擬量輸出端子連接,實現(xiàn)了離心式冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)量隨著礦井提升機(jī)主電動機(jī)定子溫度變化而自動調(diào)節(jié),大幅度提高了風(fēng)機(jī)效率。
該礦副井2部提升機(jī)主電動機(jī)采用離心式風(fēng)機(jī)冷卻方式,利用調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)門開度大小來調(diào)節(jié)冷卻風(fēng)量多少。在多年實際運行中發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在啟動電流大、風(fēng)機(jī)效率非常低及風(fēng)量不能自動調(diào)節(jié)等缺點。經(jīng)過論證,決定去掉調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)門,改由變頻器來驅(qū)動離心式風(fēng)機(jī)的電動機(jī),通過調(diào)節(jié)電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動速度來調(diào)節(jié)冷卻風(fēng)量;并將離心式風(fēng)機(jī)變頻器的控制信號引入到提升機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)中,實現(xiàn)了離心式風(fēng)機(jī)狀態(tài)實時監(jiān)控及風(fēng)量自動調(diào)節(jié)。結(jié)合礦井提升系統(tǒng)實際情況,選用西門子MicroMaster440變頻器,其控制方式為矢量控制,性能穩(wěn)定可靠。
改造后,由于在變頻器中設(shè)定了電動機(jī)啟動曲線,離心式風(fēng)機(jī)的電動機(jī)不再是全壓啟動,啟動電流由600A以上降到200A以下,大幅度減少啟動電流對電動機(jī)的沖擊。如可編程自動化控制器發(fā)出“變頻器啟動”命令6s后未得到變頻器“啟動完畢”反饋信號,則會發(fā)出離心式冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)故障的信號,并閉鎖提升機(jī);當(dāng)變頻器發(fā)生故障不能正常工作時,離心式冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)控制方式恢復(fù)為原先方式。在主電動機(jī)定子和轉(zhuǎn)子中預(yù)埋了Ni100測溫電阻,利用S7-400PLC模擬量輸入模塊可很容易檢測到電動機(jī)實際溫度,利用變頻器外部頻率跟定功能可實現(xiàn)頻率隨檢測到的電動機(jī)實際溫度自動調(diào)節(jié),增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)安全性,有效控制提升機(jī)主電動機(jī)溫度變化;降低離心式冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)運行時產(chǎn)生的噪音,基本是免維護(hù)運行,降低了勞動強(qiáng)度。
2、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10防爆型交流變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)
兗州礦業(yè)(集團(tuán))有限責(zé)任公司開發(fā)出一種防爆交流變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng),采用最先進(jìn)的IG-BT模塊以及先進(jìn)的直接力矩控制方式,使得防爆型交流變頻驅(qū)動的各個性能指標(biāo)如啟動力矩、控制精度和快速響應(yīng)能夠俊比同類產(chǎn)品有很大的提高,同時,防爆型交流變頻驅(qū)動在煤礦井下這一特殊環(huán)境中可廣泛使用,具有很大的優(yōu)越性和巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。
矢量控制和直接力矩控制是異步電動機(jī)變頻調(diào)速的主要控制方式。矢量控制技術(shù)要做到大范圍調(diào)速必須接速度反饋,而速度傳感器的安裝較麻煩且易于損壞。直接力矩控制在無速度傳感器的條件下仍能做到大范圍,而且具有較快的動態(tài)響應(yīng)和大起動力矩(最大能夠達(dá)到200%),非常適應(yīng)礦山大功率電動機(jī)的工作需求。
由于直接力矩控制技術(shù)發(fā)展很快,其力矩脈動較大的缺點得到了改善,現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)外許多變頻器廠家已把此技術(shù)應(yīng)用到了通用變頻器中。因此,從先進(jìn)性和實用性兩方面考慮,防爆型交流變頻驅(qū)動器采用直接力矩控制技術(shù)。
2.1KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10其主要功能器件包括:
①功率器件。根據(jù)礦井交流異步電動機(jī)的運行特點,同時考慮國內(nèi)整流裝置的生產(chǎn)使用情況,選用帶浪涌吸收電路且具有軟恢復(fù)特性的三相整流橋模塊。
②限流電路。在驅(qū)動器剛接通電源后的一段時間里,電路串入限流電阻,將電容器的充電電流限制在允許的范圍之內(nèi)。
③制動電路。使用制動電阻將再生到直流電路的能量消耗掉,使電壓保持在允許范圍內(nèi)。制動單元的作用是控制流經(jīng)制動電阻的放電電流。
④驅(qū)動控制系統(tǒng)。由速度控制環(huán)和轉(zhuǎn)矩控制環(huán)組成,采用目前最常用的微處理控制芯片和輔助電路。
⑤人機(jī)接口。其主要的電氣保護(hù)有短路、過電流、過載、斷相及不平衡、漏電、過壓欠壓、變頻器過溫和電動機(jī)過熱、接地故障等。
