成型、注入和密封機(jī)的原理
在成型,填充,以及密封機(jī)器中,位于下部的薄膜通過主驅(qū)動器從一個站傳到下一個站。
根據(jù)所要包裝的產(chǎn)品,將該薄膜注塑成適合的容器。薄膜覆蓋的模具受到不同的速度級別和適當(dāng)?shù)募訜釡囟戎敢俣人墑e取決于工具的路徑。
產(chǎn)品必須注入到容器內(nèi),在時鐘周期和數(shù)量上都要準(zhǔn)確。
為防止產(chǎn)品受損和密封產(chǎn)品,覆蓋薄膜必須用另外一個線圈拉出:這樣,可將加熱表面從頂部置于容器上,并通過熱效應(yīng),對該容器進(jìn)行密封。
密封好的物件接著被切割成小的單元,然后運(yùn)走作進(jìn)一步的包裝。
橫切切斷機(jī)為氣動式或電動式。其目的是用來控制此過程以便在每個時間單元內(nèi)通過盡可能多的部件。在加速和制動時,要考慮到薄膜特定的參數(shù)。
