一、用途Applications
YXMS-100 型SF6 氣體密度控制器/ 變送器主要應(yīng)用于高壓電器設(shè)備(如高壓斷路器、互感器、GIS 等)設(shè)備上,儀表通過輸出開關(guān)信號(hào),4~20mA 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào)(或直接給出RS485標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口)對(duì)高壓電器設(shè)備內(nèi)SF6氣體的密度即可實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè),又可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程控制。
YXMS-100 SF6 density controllers / transmitters are mainly used in high voltage electrical equipment (such as high voltage breakers, mutual inductors, GIS etc.) The instrument outputs switch signal, 4~20mA standard current signal(or directly to RS485 standard ports) to remoby control SF6 gas density.
二、工作原理Working Principle
YXMS-100 型密度控制器/ 變送器是我公司開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的新型SF6氣體密度測(cè)量控制產(chǎn)品,它采用了一種新型的機(jī)械電子相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)方案,即將傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械SF6 氣體密度控制和電子技術(shù)融匯在一起。這一設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了在使用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的惡劣環(huán)境,如高低溫、強(qiáng)電磁干擾及強(qiáng)震動(dòng)沖擊對(duì)儀表的影響,從而極大的提高了儀表的可靠性。儀表在設(shè)計(jì)上又考慮了在接入計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)時(shí)所必須的數(shù)字接口,以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代測(cè)量的需要。
Integrating mechanical and electrical means ? a combination of conventional SF6 density controller and electrical technology, YXMS-100 density controller / transmitter is a new SF6 gas density measuring and control instrument developed by our company. This new design eliminates the concern about harsh working environment
like extreme temperature, high EMI and vibration, which may influence the instrument, therefore increases reliability greatly. Digital ports to computer measuring systems are provided to meet the requirement of modern measurement technology.
該儀表在原理上采用了雙重測(cè)量原理設(shè)計(jì),首先將被測(cè)氣體分為兩路,一路送入波登管,另一路送入壓力傳感器。送入波登管的被測(cè)氣體經(jīng)過壓力—密度轉(zhuǎn)換補(bǔ)償器件、傳動(dòng)器件推動(dòng)指針在面板上直接顯示壓力值。另外,在被測(cè)氣體達(dá)到和觸及設(shè)定的報(bào)警值時(shí),將直接驅(qū)動(dòng)報(bào)警繼電器的觸點(diǎn)閉和,以便將該信號(hào)輸出。這一設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是利用機(jī)械式密度控制器傳感器對(duì)溫度、震動(dòng)和電磁干擾的不敏感性和滯后性,有效的提高了在室外惡劣環(huán)境下的可靠性,尤其對(duì)超高壓電力開關(guān)開啟、閉合時(shí)所引起的強(qiáng)電磁脈沖干擾。經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn),這一設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)強(qiáng)電磁干擾情況下采用電子器件所引起的密度控制器驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)誤動(dòng)作,有很大的提高和改進(jìn)。另一方面,為了適應(yīng)數(shù)字測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的需要,另一路被測(cè)氣體送入壓力傳感器。從傳感器輸出的被測(cè)壓力信號(hào)經(jīng)放大、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)字補(bǔ)償處理、送入數(shù)字接口,以現(xiàn)代數(shù)字測(cè)量技術(shù)所具有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)字接口和工業(yè)控制信號(hào)輸出,形成測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。
This instrument features dual measuring elements. The measured gas is split into 2 paths, one to the bourdon tube, the other to the pressure transmitter. The gas pressure is shown on the dial thru the bourdon tube, pressure-density conversion compensator and mechanism, and it directly closes the contact of alarm relay when
the gas reaches the set point. The advantages of the mechanical element are insusceptibility and hysterisis to temperature, vibration and EMI especially when superhigh voltage switches act, and these efficiently improve perbance in outdoor harsh environment. Practices have proved this design prevents system’s faulty function caused by EMI. On the other hand, to match digital measuring system, the pressure transmitter sends a signal out via magnifier, A/D convertor, digital compensator and standard digital ports of modern digital measurement technology, to build a measuring system.
新型的SF6密度控制器/變送器充分考慮了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的需求以及抗強(qiáng)電磁干擾的特性,另外使用電子技術(shù)、微控制器、通訊等先進(jìn)技術(shù),即保留了機(jī)械式壓力控制器穩(wěn)定可靠的特點(diǎn),又使得新型儀表具備了不可比擬的優(yōu)越性。

YXMS-100 型密度控制器整機(jī)采用圓形結(jié)構(gòu),選用直徑φ 100mm × 127mm 外殼,具有測(cè)控準(zhǔn)確、抗干擾性能強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。整機(jī)體積小、功能齊全、工作可靠、使用方便靈活。
YXMS-100 density controller is in round enclosure φ100mm x 127mm, features accurate measurement and control, compact size, multi-function, reliability and easy use.
被測(cè)量的SF6氣體,首先由定制篩選的進(jìn)口高精度壓力傳感器測(cè)量出壓力信號(hào)。這一信號(hào)經(jīng)過內(nèi)部精確溫度補(bǔ)償,克服了由環(huán)境溫度產(chǎn)生的偏差。然后經(jīng)補(bǔ)償?shù)膫鞲衅鬏敵鲂盘?hào)送入A/D轉(zhuǎn)換部分,A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路對(duì)傳感器的輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行不小于0.1%的高精度模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換。經(jīng)過轉(zhuǎn)換的數(shù)字壓力測(cè)量信號(hào),再次被送入下一級(jí)即微處理器部分。微處理器對(duì)被測(cè)量的信號(hào)分別進(jìn)行更精細(xì)的溫度、線性補(bǔ)償,并進(jìn)行壓力密度的轉(zhuǎn)換計(jì)算。轉(zhuǎn)換后的密度數(shù)字信號(hào)最后送入輸出部分,輸出部分為模擬輸出和數(shù)字輸出兩種,模擬輸出部分采用了數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換原理,輸出4-20m A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工業(yè)信號(hào)。數(shù)字輸出部分則直接給出RS485標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口。
The customized & selected high accuracy pressure transmitter that we import overseas produces a pressure signal of SF6 gas. This signal is temperature compensated and free of temperature deflection. Then the compensated signal is sent to A/D unit for A/D conversion with accuracy better than 1%. After this conversion, the digital signal is sent to microprocessor for finer temperature and linearity
compensations, and pressure/density conversion. Finally the digital density signal goes to output unit, which consists of analog output and digital output. The analog output is standard industrial 4~20mA signal based on D/A conversion, the digital output is RS485 port.
整機(jī)的電源采用了傳統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兩線制供電方式,由外接的直流12-24V電源模塊供電。

五、數(shù)字接口Digital Port
YXMS-100 型密度控制器配備RS485 數(shù)字接口,通過數(shù)字接口可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)讀取,遠(yuǎn)程控制等功能。
YXMS-100 is equipped with RS485 digital port, remote calibration and data access are realized via this digital port.
