:錦州2098-DSD-HV030 AB伺服驅(qū)動器 羅克韋爾誠信兩相電機(jī)時,齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩由四次諧波構(gòu)成,設(shè)計時主要考慮消除四次諧波。定子與轉(zhuǎn)子齒距進(jìn)行微小變化,使部分交鏈磁通減小,距角特性的峰值轉(zhuǎn)矩減小。目前,銷售的兩相步進(jìn)電機(jī),除特殊用于制動等方面,一般均采用微調(diào)節(jié)距或改變形狀構(gòu)造,減小齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩。下圖為兩相步進(jìn)電機(jī)的例子,齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩使距角特性產(chǎn)生畸變。兩相電機(jī)的齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩為距角特性周期的1/4,即變成四次諧波。定子電流與磁鐵轉(zhuǎn)子磁通的距角特性的理論值為虛線所示的正弦波,此曲線疊加上齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩產(chǎn)生的四次諧波,合成為粗線描述的畸變轉(zhuǎn)矩曲線,距角特性畸變,則成為非正弦波,引起位置定位精度變差,振動和噪音變大。
