PCH1072Mk2振動監(jiān)測器:1通道SIL2機器保護PCH1072是新一代高質(zhì)量、低成本振動監(jiān)測儀,可用于各種旋轉(zhuǎn)機械應用。PCH1072振動監(jiān)測器它有1個輸入通道和2個繼電器,提供SIL2額定機器保護,并測量加速度、速度或位移。使用互補的基于Windows的用戶軟件,可以輕松靈活地設(shè)置PCH1072的各個頻率范圍、報警級別和延遲等。
它與我們的工業(yè)4.0狀態(tài)監(jiān)測解決方案PCHCloud兼容。單通道振動監(jiān)測器(0.7Hz至1kHz)標準版本是頻率范圍從0.7Hz到1kHz的單通道監(jiān)視器。您可以在一系列過濾器中進行選擇。PCH1072Mk2振動監(jiān)測儀是否應測量加速度、速度或位移也取決于您。2個可調(diào)報警繼電器振動監(jiān)測器的兩個可調(diào)警報確保機器振動不超過可接受或允許的極限。

下面我們舉個例子帶大家了解一下冷卻塔工作的過程。圓形逆流式冷卻塔的工作過程為例:熱水自主機房通過水泵以一定的壓力經(jīng)過管道、橫喉、曲喉、中心喉將循環(huán)水壓至冷卻塔的播水系統(tǒng)內(nèi),通過播水管上的小孔將水均勻地播灑在填料上面;干燥的低晗值的空氣在風機的作用下由底部入風網(wǎng)進入塔內(nèi),熱水流經(jīng)填料表面時形成水膜和空氣進行熱交換,高濕度高晗值的熱風從頂部抽出,冷卻水滴入底盆內(nèi),經(jīng)出水管流入主機。一般情況下,進入塔內(nèi)的空氣、是干燥低濕球溫度的空氣,水和空氣之間明顯存在著水分子的濃度差和動能壓力差,當風機運行時,在塔內(nèi)靜壓的作用下,水分子不斷地向空氣中蒸發(fā),成為水蒸氣分子,剩余的水分子的平均動能便會降低,從而使循環(huán)水的溫度下降。

ITALVIBRAS 電機 M3/20-S02EUROGI散熱裝置4.800.007產(chǎn)品回收和排風系統(tǒng):由筒內(nèi)旋風分離器、振動冷卻收料器、旋風分離器、排風機,濕式除塵器,管道等組成。干燥過程完成后,干燥產(chǎn)品懸浮在空氣中,對離開干燥室的空氣中所帶出的干燥產(chǎn)品,必須有效地加以分離及回收;以保證干燥過程能獲得大產(chǎn)量和防止粉料逸到大氣中造成空氣污染。本機采用一次性收料系統(tǒng)。干成品與空氣的混合物經(jīng)內(nèi)置旋風分離后使產(chǎn)品從干燥室底部出來后落到振動冷卻收料器(冷卻效率75)部分產(chǎn)品進入旋風分離器,經(jīng)分離后,成品干粉由設(shè)在旋風分離器下部收料筒收集,含有少量微塵的廢氣從旋風分離器上部出來后進入濕式除塵器,經(jīng)除塵凈化后由排風機經(jīng)煙囪排入大氣(需安裝冷凝段)本機采用的濕式除塵器為水噴淋填料過濾型,壓力損失小,過濾效率高,附有水箱及水泵,供循環(huán)使用,當噴淋水質(zhì)達到一定濃度后,可進行前道工序進行回收利用或經(jīng)廢水處理系統(tǒng)進行處理后排放,除塵器內(nèi)填料應定期進行清洗?;厥罩评鋭o論是冬季,還是夏季移機,都必須把空調(diào)器中的制冷劑收集到室外機中去。拆機前應啟動空凋器,可用遙控器設(shè)定制冷狀態(tài),待壓縮機運轉(zhuǎn)5-1分鐘,制冷狀態(tài)正常后,用扳手擰下外機的液體管與氣體管接口上的保帽,關(guān)閉高壓管(細)的截止閥門,l分鐘后管外表結(jié)露,立即關(guān)閉低壓管(粗)截止閥門,同的迅速關(guān)機,拔下電源插頭,用扳手擰緊帽,至此回收制冷劑工作完成。(如果是冬季,宜先用溫熱的毛巾蓋住室內(nèi)機的溫度傳感器探頭,然后控制冷狀態(tài)設(shè)定開機。
支風管不能大于5.5m/s。在4dB時,風管允許流速a.主風管不能大于7.5m/s。支風管不能大于6.m/s。在45dB時,風管允許流速a.主風管不能大于9.m/s。支風管不能大于7.m/s。在一般的設(shè)計當中主風道為鋼板及非金屬風管材質(zhì)時,主風道的風機風速控制在6~14m/s。采用金屬風管時,不應大于2m/s。采用內(nèi)表面光滑的混凝土等非金屬風管時,不應大于15m/s。上述方法再選用時,用戶好能夠根據(jù)自己的實際工況來工作。
