懸浮體、沉淀物等的觀察,可連續(xù)觀察細胞、細菌等在培養(yǎng)液中繁殖分裂的過程等。在細胞學、寄生蟲學、腫瘤學、免疫學、遺傳工程學、工業(yè)微生物學、植物學等領(lǐng)域中應用廣泛。顯微鏡的重要光學技術(shù)參數(shù)在鏡檢時,人們總是希望能清晰而明亮的理想圖象,這就需要顯微鏡的各項光學技術(shù)參數(shù)達到一定的標準,并且要求在使用時,必須根據(jù)鏡檢的目的和實際情況來協(xié)調(diào)各參數(shù)的關(guān)系。只有這樣,才能充分發(fā)揮顯微鏡應有的性能,得到滿意的鏡檢效果。 顯微鏡的光學技術(shù)參數(shù)包括:數(shù)值孔徑、分辨率、放大率、焦深、視場寬度、覆蓋差、工作距離等等。這些參數(shù)并不都是越高越好,它們之間是相互聯(lián)系又相互制約的,在使用時,應根據(jù)鏡檢的目的和實際情況來協(xié)調(diào)參數(shù)間的關(guān)系,但應以保證分辨率為準。

基本使用方法
顯微鏡的使用
利用自然光源鏡檢時,最好用朝北的光源,不宜3采用直射陽光;利用人工光源時,宜用日光燈的光源。
鏡檢時身體要正對實習臺,采取端正的姿態(tài),兩眼自然張開,左眼觀察標本,右眼觀察記錄及繪圖,同時左手調(diào)節(jié)焦距,使物象清晰并移動標本視野。右手記錄、繪圖。
鏡檢時載物臺不可傾斜,因為當在五套載物臺傾斜時,液體或油易流出,
