堆高車油泵壓力不足或速度過(guò)慢原因：泵蓋槽內(nèi)密封圈損壞，內(nèi)漏過(guò)多；齒輪磨損；油泵電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速降低；管道中有異物堵塞。解決方法：更換；更換油泵；檢查整流子，清除片間積炭，調(diào)整炭刷位置；檢查清洗。
Stack pump pressure or speed is too slow: the pump cover groove sealing ring damage, too much leakage; gear wear; oil pump motor speed down; pipe in the foreign body plug. Solution: replacement; replacement pump; check the commutator, bance between coke, adjust the brush b check and clean.

堆高車電器運(yùn)作不不正常：原因：電器盒內(nèi)微動(dòng)開關(guān)損壞或位置調(diào)整不當(dāng)；主電路保險(xiǎn)絲或控制電器保險(xiǎn)絲熔斷；電池電壓過(guò)低；接觸器觸點(diǎn)燒毛，或污物太多造成接觸不良；觸點(diǎn)不動(dòng)作。解決方法：更換微動(dòng)開關(guān)，重新調(diào)整位置；更換同型號(hào)保險(xiǎn)絲；重新充電；修理觸點(diǎn)，調(diào)整或更換接觸器；檢查接觸器線圈有無(wú)斷路或更換接觸器。

Solution: replace the microswitch, readjust the b, replace the same type fuse, recharge the battery, repair the contact, adjust or change the contactor, check whether the contactor coil is broken or replace the contactor.
