06Cr19Ni10在空氣中或化學(xué)腐蝕介質(zhì)中能夠抵抗腐蝕的一種高合金鋼。
表面和耐腐蝕性能好,不必經(jīng)過鍍色等表面處理,而發(fā)揮不銹鋼所固有的表面性能,使用于多方面的鋼鐵的一種,通常稱為不銹鋼。代表性能的有13鉻鋼,18-8鉻鎳鋼等高合金鋼。
不銹鋼防銹的機理是合金元素形成致密氧化膜,隔絕氧接觸,阻止繼續(xù)氧化。所以不銹鋼并不是“不銹”。

06Cr19Ni10不銹鋼是應(yīng)用為廣泛的一種鉻-鎳不銹鋼,具有良好的耐蝕性、耐熱性、低溫強度和機械特性。在大氣中耐腐蝕, 如果是工業(yè)性氣氛或重污染地區(qū),則需要及時清潔以避免腐蝕。適合用于食品的加工、儲存和運輸。 具有良好的加工性能和可焊性。 板式換熱器、波紋管、家庭用品、建材、化學(xué)、食品工業(yè)等。

新牌號304中鉻和鎳分別上漲了一個點,價格比老牌號的304貴200元/噸。
它們實際上指的都是同一種材質(zhì),只是標準不斷變化,名稱變化,成分略有調(diào)整而已。2009年的新標準中用06cr19ni10代替0cr18ni9了,就好像q345r代替了以前的16mnr一樣。換個叫法而已,不過鋼管材質(zhì)現(xiàn)在基本上還是用0cr18ni9這種牌號的多,板材大多數(shù)已經(jīng)采用06cr19ni10這種牌號了。
一個是新標準,一個是老標準
元素含量基本上可以忽略,新標準的s,p都比老標略高,力學(xué)性能也幾乎一樣
但是壓力容器上必須用老標準,因為s,p超高影響使用。具體細節(jié)問題你可以查下鋼鐵實用手冊
