無刷自控電機軟起動器是將起動電阻直接安裝在電動機的轉(zhuǎn)軸上，利用電機旋轉(zhuǎn)時產(chǎn)生的離心力作為動力，控制起動電阻的大小，達到減少電機起動電流、增加起動轉(zhuǎn)矩，使繞線式異步電動機實現(xiàn)無刷自控運行的裝置。它主要由機殼、起動液、動極板、彈簧、接線柱、安全閥、排氣閥等構(gòu)成。該起動器具有起動電流小，起動轉(zhuǎn)矩大，自動適應電源及負載的變化，保護電機等特點。廣泛應用于冶金、機械、石油、化工、礦山、建材、造紙、橡膠、水廠、電站等所有工業(yè)領域的球磨機、破碎機、風機、水泵、打漿機、空壓機、軋機、熱磨機、制氧機等電機傳動設備中繞線式異步電動機的起動。它可以代替繞線電機的滑環(huán)、碳刷及其起動裝置。

起動器采用無刷無環(huán)運行，操作簡單，安裝拆卸方便，可大大減少維修費用，并可根據(jù)機械負載的特性，自動改變起動電阻的大小，調(diào)節(jié)起動轉(zhuǎn)矩和起動電流，使電動機處于最佳起動狀態(tài)。
能在保持電機起動轉(zhuǎn)矩不變的情況下，使起動電流從7Ie降到1.6Ie，并能以最大轉(zhuǎn)矩起動電機。它由電阻起動裝置發(fā)展而來，具有如下創(chuàng)新點：
1、徹底根除使用滑環(huán)、碳刷時所造成的各種危害。去掉傳統(tǒng)、復雜的起動裝置，操作方便，并可減少維修費用。
2、節(jié)省安裝空間和二次回路電纜，減少起動裝置的功率消耗，節(jié)約了電能。
3、起動控制由起動器根據(jù)電機的轉(zhuǎn)速自動完成，徹底避免了其它起動裝置不能根據(jù)負載的大小，自動跟蹤電機起動過程而造成電機或起動器損壞等不良現(xiàn)象。
4、電機運轉(zhuǎn)過程中，如出現(xiàn)堵轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象，隨著電機轉(zhuǎn)速的降低，起動器會自動投入運行，達到增加電機轉(zhuǎn)矩，減少起動電流的目的。
5、克服了定子控制式電機軟起動器的起動轉(zhuǎn)矩與起動電流的平方成正比這一缺陷，在降低電機起動電流的同時，增加電機起動轉(zhuǎn)矩，并能以最大轉(zhuǎn)矩起動電機，采用無刷運行，去掉了傳統(tǒng)、 繁瑣、多觸點元件組成的起動裝置，其起動裝置的功率損耗及電機的起動時間比定子控制式電機軟起動器減少10倍以上，但起動器的綜合價格不及其它軟起動器的1/3。
6、起動電阻直接安裝在電動機的轉(zhuǎn)軸上，利用電機旋轉(zhuǎn)時產(chǎn)生離心力作為動力，控制電阻的大小，達到減少電機起動電流、增加起動轉(zhuǎn)矩，實現(xiàn)無刷自控運行的目的。

安裝及接線
1、先拆下電動機的護罩、滑環(huán)、碳刷、刷盒、刷盒支架及短路環(huán)裝置(有的電機無短路環(huán)裝置)等全部零件。
2、拆卸滑環(huán)時，為防止后來接線時發(fā)生差錯，應將同一相的兩根導線捆在一起。
3、用游標卡尺，分別測量電機的軸徑和起動器的孔徑、鍵寬、鍵高等尺寸是否相同，如有差異，應及時同本公司聯(lián)系，以求解決。
4、在軸上涂少許潤滑脂或機油，將起動器鍵槽對準軸上的鍵 位置，然后用銅棒將起動器輕輕地敲擊到裝配位置，并用鋼絲擋圈卡住，防止起動器軸向串動。
5、裝配時，切忌亂敲亂打，以免造成內(nèi)部零件損壞或漏液。起動器裝配完成后，將轉(zhuǎn)子的出線接在起動器接線柱對應位置(對于有六根出線的電動機，應將同一相的兩根導線，接在同一色的兩個接線柱上)即可，具體接線如下圖所示。
INSTALLATION CONNECTION
1、Removing all parts of cover、rings、carbon brush、brush box、brush box shell short circuit ring equipment(some mothave no short circuit ring equipment).
2、Inder to avoid the mistake when remove rings, it should to bond two conducttrace line of same phase.
3、To measure the hole diameter、b heightof key by vernier caliper, if there is any discrepancy, pls do not hesitate to contact us.
4、Greasing a little of lubricating, machine oil on the shaft, install the keyseat of starter to the keyseatof shaft. then gently to knock on the starter to installation b. to avoid the shaft shake of starter it should be locked by steel wire distance ring.
5、Inder to prevent the harm of inter parts liquid leakage. it can not knock heavily, after finishing the installation, to connect the out- line of statto corresponding b of starter connectbing, (flines motor, should to connect 2 same phase conductline with 2 binding) post of same colour, the detailed connection is as below.
運行與維護
1、無刷自控電機軟起動器內(nèi)的元件除電阻在起動時會發(fā)熱外，其它均不會發(fā)熱，本裝置按免維護設計，請不要自行將外蓋打開，以免損壞起動器內(nèi)的元件。
2、當起動器內(nèi)的液體低于規(guī)定液面時，應補充起動液至規(guī)定的液面。
3、安全排氣閥是保證電機起動過程中，不向外噴液的重要部件，它在電機轉(zhuǎn)速達到額定轉(zhuǎn)速時，會自動打開，保證起動器內(nèi)的壓力與大氣壓一致，因此，請用戶不要自行調(diào)整。
OPERATION MAINTENANCE
1、Beside the resistance, other component of starter will not hot when starting, inder to avoid harming the component, pls do not open the cover, fits desing is maintenance free.
2、When the liquid is below than the requetment, it should to complement the liquid to the stated surface.
3、The safty exguasting valve is to gurantee the motwill not spray liquid during starting. it will open when the speed reach the rated. to keep the pressure f starter same as atmospheric pressure, so the custumer will not adjust by themselves.
